Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

Antares Logic LLC is committed to providing high-quality consultancy and engineering services. Due to the nature of our services (Consultancy, Architecture Design, and Cloud Engineering), refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined below.

2. Consultancy Services

For hourly or retainer-based consultancy, fees are charged for the time and expertise delivered. Therefore, no refunds are provided for hours already worked or consultancy sessions already delivered.

3. Project Cancellations

If a fixed-price project is cancelled by the client:

• Before work begins: A full refund of the deposit (less any transaction fees) will be issued.
• During the project: A pro-rated refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed, at the sole discretion of Antares Logic LLC.

4. Digital Products

If applicable, digital products (such as architectural templates or software licenses) are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed, unless the product is defective.
